(((((SKITTLES)))))

Diagnoses are hard. I've seen a pdoc for almost 2 years and still don't have a clear dx. I'm sorry you feel its gonna be there your whole life,...it will but that doesn't mean you can't beat the beast down to where he is weak and only comes around every now and again....Skittles I will pray for ya I love ya...your a great frriend to me.

Hi Skittles,

Don't let the diagnosis defeat you. It's not a death sentence. I have bipolar disorder too. I would recommend that you learn as much about it as you can, be compliant with meds and attend therapy sessions. Good luck to you. Many blessings, Etheria

I pretty much knew it for me too...since you knew it...it really shouldn't change your outlook for the rest of your life...other than it will give you some knowledge and possibly different meds to help better your life...

*big hugs* yesterday yesterday

I'm actually going through the same thing right now. Looking back, it's astounding how much I was in denial about my manic/hypomanic episodes... yesterday

My T keeps assuring me that this is a good thing, because with bipolar meds I should finally be able to get some relief from my depression... Hope that's true, and that this happens for you as well...!
