I usually wake up around 3 am from my first disturbing dream.
Then I review it. Calm myself. Go back to sleep, only to wake up from another bad dream.
Or vivid dream that practically sends me into a dream panic attack.
Has anyone found a trick? I don't have a tv. Don't watch scary videos or anything before bed.
I'm not having racing thoughts before sleep, but I sure have them while sleeping.
It's funny. Some people I talk to rarely remember their dreams.
I always remember them.
Boo hoo.
Advice?
