Confused

I'm bipolar and I'm leaving my husband and I have been hospitalized a couple of times through our 11 year relationship and I'm scared he's going to use the fact that I'm bipolar to take away my kids and I don't know what to do guys, he's a perv and mentally abusive and I can not live like this and I don't know what to do or who to talk to , I'm scared , I have not told him yet because I am buying my time and saving up , I need a friend

Document everything you can, both how you have sought treatment and responded to it, how others see your ability to raise your kids, and the problems you see with his ability to raise them.

Don't be afraid to reach out to an abuse shelter if you need to. They'll provide a lot of support along with a safe place to live. My former step-mother used a shelter when she left my father and it made a lot of difference for her, both making it financially easier to leave and the legal system paid more attention to what was said about his inability to parent.

I'm afraid that's all I really know but others will have more knowledge and ideas.
