I have 3 cats and one dog. Two of my cats don't really like being home much since we got our daschund and tomcot. Well, lately, my neighbors unofficially "adopted'' the 2 cats even tho we never them. We still try to at least feed them, but they still prefer to be with the neighbors. Well, lately, I've been real sick physically & mentally. My pipes are ruined and tree roots clogged everything - to the point where poop from the toilet has been backing up into the bathtub. my son had to pay a plumber to come but I still need to eventually replace the pipes. My daughter just had an appendesctomy, and I've been in so mush pain I can hardly move or think. And a bunch of other things I'm dealing. Well, my neighbor came over 2day and started ripping into me because SHE couldn't find them, and they're probablt dead, and how the CATS are not THEIR responsibiliity. Well, I haven't been able 2 find either!

That's terrible. My dog is a roamer. No matter the love attention, food we give her, she plays at other people's homes.
I'm ok if she doesn't return.
Take one problem at a time.
A plumber once sold me some good stuff. I think it's called RID. It's a powder you put down the drain.
Bake or buy a treat for neighbors. Cookies or wine. For their former care of cats. ( not current rudeness.

I'm sorry your neighbor was so rude. Hopefully the kitties will show back up. Cats are pretty resourceful.

Sorry about your plumbing problems. They are the worst.

Cats will almost ALWAYS return to where they've known kindness, and most importantly, where they've eaten!

I am sure they will return. This has happened toe with different cars over the years. They have all returned.

Hope you feel.better!

((((shortandcute))) It's unfortunate people never bother to ask why we have to leave cats unattended or whatever else they want to blame us for.
