Hi I am new to this stuff I am not formally diagnosed but my psychologist thinks I have bipolar type 1 and I am getting an assessment done in just over 2 months to find out for sure. Lately I have been feeling weird though I have been very agitated also my mood has been all over the place one minute I am singing and dancing and then an hour later I am about to burst into tears and then at other times I feel like both at the same time. I have just come out of about a 7-8 week depression and now to this I really am not sure what to do I can't plan for my day because I have no idea how I will be feeling other than incredibly irritable. Sorry about the length does this happen to anyone else?

Sounds like you have bipolar with mixed features. I use to get that way prior to medication, but it is well under control now.
