I try to manage my symptoms... I don't abuse alcohol and then be surprised if I don't feel well...
I don't self sabotage - I want to get "well"

I only have benzos to break my fall... (allergic to so many other antidepressants and other meds, is it the fillers? Idk..)

Thanks everyone

I'm not sure of the accurate diagnosis, definitely depression and anxiety, maybe hypomania, almost certainly complex PTSD
(I haven't found the doctors over here (uk) want to help much, (some of them have also lied to me) as I never crash so much I have to be hospitalised, although I avoid hospitals, I absolutely hate them..)
(There has been one doctor who I think wanted to help but in the "system" here that isn't really possible especially as I don't trust them )

I am due for a med review soon

PS one shrink a while back wrote "her mental state is unchanged" after I'd told him the meds were helping.

This was before I became allergic to so many meds (I'm scared to try new meds )

I am sorry you are having a hard time.
You kind of sound like you are having mixed moods which are very hard to treat.
Are you using self care tactics?

Eat good things to nourish, drink 8 glasses of water to hydrate.
(if you are able), take a walk with nature, journal your feelings, meditate by deep breathing thru your belly.
perhaps a bubble bath. pet a pet if you have one, listen to soothing music, sleep often, take naps if you need to, hug people at every chance you get, hug yourself(put both arms around yourself and give your self a hug. yes do it right now). Call a trusted family member or friend and ask for support.....
