My mood has been stable now for nearly a month! This is unheard of. Unknown territory. The only issues continuing to bother me are my usual chronic auditory hallucinations and OCD. But the good thing is that being stable means I can do CBT therapy for the OCD and the AH, so they have a chance of improving.

Just wanted to share this with you all. It's been some tough times, and I never thought I'd be here.

Congrats! I think the longest I've been stable, without any hypomania or depression (not counting the usual mild sadness and/or energy spikes that happen to everyone), is one and a half months. Hope yours lasts for much longer!

It's good that you're doing better, you don't want to wake up from anxious dreams and realize you've turned into a verminous cockroach.
