Does anyone else get stressed out because of too many responsibilities in their life? Do you find that these stressors induce mood swings?

I'm stressed out because I have to travel to Europe on business and give 4 hrs worth of presentations while I'm there. But I'm 25. Too young for all this. I'm overwhelmed with everything.

Last time I had to go to Europe was summer 2016... and let me tell you: it was a royal shitshow. My boss just gave me a hard time about EVERYTHING. It ultimately made me mixed!!

Here's hoping to a good new year and no episodes on this trip

Go do a great job! Fly alone to Europe and speak? Not easy at all. I think you should be very proud. I hope it doesn't put you into an episode though.

Where are you going in Europe? It could be fun.

I have the same problem. As soon as responsibilities sum up I tend to go mixed or something like that. I think that I will fail and most of all I get anxiety. I am at this point right now.

I know we've talked about this. Yes, traveling can be stressful, especially when it's for business and not pleasure. I love traveling because I enjoy seeing new places and learning about different cultures. Funny enough, my therapist was just asking me the other day what I enjoy, and the first thing that came to mind was traveling. There are so many places on my 'bucket list' that I have yet to get to. So far the most interesting place I've been is South Africa.

Traveling for pleasure is awesome. Traveling for work is 100% different.
