Just coming out of depression and I noticed how loose and smooth I'm moving today. And fast. And light. Everything just feels good. Dancing around in the shop listening to heavy metal (it's been NPR the last month or so.. maybe why I was depressed). When you are by yourself you just let loose. My voice even sounded good... to me.

Ha... My CD player is broken in my shop and I only get three channels where I live. Pubic radio, a heavy metal/rock station, and a Christian thing. I'd rather some Pogues or Flogging Molly. But it's all in the same spirit.

What's a CD player? LOL!!! (Just kidding)

I listen to a lot of 80s and 90s music, and sometimes even 70s since that is the era I was born into.

I know. I'm out of it. I don't have WIFI in my shop.. and there is no cell service where I live. I wanna get some music on my phone and some noise cancelling earmuff/head phones. My shop can be loud and I end up having muffs on most of the day anyway.

I'm so glad you're feeling better. NPR is informative but I'm glad you're dancing again! I love the rush after a long bout with "The Beast." Glad your fight is over. I must admit, though, that when I read "Loose & Silky Smooth," I thought you were headed in a different direction...Naughty me.
