Guys, I'm in a bad place and I don't know what to do. I ran out of meds Monday and haven't been able to get more due to financial issues. I thought I was on an up today, but I'm not. I don't know if I can trust myself.

I don't know what to do.

Is there an after-hours emergency number that your pdoc's office has that you can call? If not, can you call your local psych. emergency room? In either case, they should talk to you, and if they think its needed, the ER staff may suggest you come in to be seen. Definitely, being hospitalized to get meds figured out is something that is common. You deserve to feel good!

I think you need immediate attention. Can you get to the ER today? Is there an emergency number you can call to contact your pdoc and/or therapist? Please stay safe. Your life is important.

Im not a good one to talk as I rarely take the same advise very give but will you saying "I'm not sure I can trust myself" I think going to the ER if possible is a good idea. You deserve to feel safe and it doesn't feel you are even close to feeling safe right now. (((Hugs)))
