Yup. No prns. I will feel crappy tomorrow. Took melatonin. Nothing. I was so exhausted earlier too.

I can't sleep because I'm (hypo)manic -- not sure which one tbh
I don't have any PRNs either. Well, I have Seroquel, but I ran out and have to find something else to put me to sleep |

No iPhone.
I just took a shower, dried my hair, started laundry, put on PJs... I feel better but I can't go to bed until at least 8. I saw in the Rexulti notes when I picked it up that it can cause insomnia!

Your son plays piano? That's cool.
I'm having trouble sleeping lately too. I've been averaging between four and five hours of broken sleep. Sigh. I have no prns either.

Oh dear raspberry! No naps!
I just had a protein shake. We'll see if feeling less hungry helps me sleep. Also taking melatonin. Luckily my son quit playing the piano. It is nice at the right time and place and sleep deprived mom being woken up by it is not one of them you know? Anyway I hope to sleep tonight. Feeling good that I'm agreeing with the Rexulti though insomnia is a side effect.
