Hey there! Welcome.
My dreams are especially vivid. Usually frightening.
I'm depressed in the day time. But when I first wake up from a dream I'm full of anxiety. It takes me awhile to come down.
It doesn't change no matter what night meds.
My friends never remember their dreams!!
I wake up several times per night.
It is rough.

Welcome to PC!

My dreams tend to be frantic, people and things moving all the time. Sometimes they'll focus on something but most of the time it's subconscious chaos.
