Anyone else feel this way? Or am I just "normal" now? I mean, I take my meds, I get 7-8 hours sleep... I don't even stay up late and have fun kinky sex with my partner anymore.

I'm just.. blah. I just work, eat, sleep. Do chores. This can't be what normal is, can it?

It sounds like you're in a rut right now. Do you have any new hobbies or activities you could try? It may help you feel better.

I feel that way too and often wondered the same thing, is this normal? I make myself do arts and crafts and self care every day. That occupies my time and as silly as it might sound I feel a sense of accomplishment for completing those tasks. Find something that gives you a sense of accomplishment every day. Even if it's something little. It makes me feel better. Good luck!

It's the meds. And is not normal. Talk to your shrink about it.

Yes, for us that can be "normal." I'm also flat and dull on my meds. No drinking, no drugs, lots of sex, but otherwise blah.
