Have carpeting in the living room and hallway cleaned. Pay off both credit cards, and begin to pay off the third, which should not take long. Sign abandonment for the storage my mother has been renting, and send it back with a POA. Clean my room up. Today I have called SS to inform them of my change in hours of work.

Don't leave my final project to the last minute. Continue low carb and losing weight. Get control of my class!

I am going to Chile. Hope to have a wonderful vacation.

I am smoking way less and never during the day and not every day anymore. Try to further reduce it.

Take it a day at a time.

I don't make a goal if it isn't achievable. It needs to be realistic, measurable, and incremental. And I reward myself when I accomplish it.

An example is I have this really bad fear of slipping and falling on the ice. My high calcium levels mean my bones are weaker than normal. So I have this catastrophic fear that is preventing me from going out. Things aren't getting done.

My goal this month is to control this fear - to stop thinking catastrophically and to stop allowing the fear to control what I do and don't do.

a 5K walk in Santa Cruz at the end of the month, and before then, stability, consistent work performance, routine, writing, and taking it one day at a time.

I have a high calcium level too. You'd think your bones would be stronger- isn't that what they say?
