not sure why but I am so mellow I have twice almost slid out of my chair ... so it's beddie bye time for me ... but before I go I just wanted to thank you all ... many times we get so wrapped up in our problems that we forget to say thank you to the one's that give us so much support ...

psych central was created to help hurting souls and as a forum to provide comfort and help to others that suffer as we do ... only when you have walked in anothers shoes .. so to speak .. can you really understand them ...

I can not speak for others but I can for myself ... I want to say thank you for all you do for us ... that kind word when I am down ... that concern when I start playing with my doseage again ... my many pm friends who show me love and friendship ...
