Geodon > FDA max

I have posted under Psychiatric Medications and am posting here as well: does anyone take Geodon above 160 mg, off label? What has been your experience?

I am on Geodon 160 mg, which causes NO SIDE EFFECTS!, on a tiny dose of Zyprexa, and on 600 mg of Lithium, which has caused all sorts of trouble and most recently, kidney malfunction. I want to reduce Lithium by upping Geodon, but that would take me over the FDA approved maximum.

I'm on 1200 of lithium. I have hypo thyroid from it. My levels are usually good- never crazy high. I wonder what would happen without lithium? Oh and let's not forget the small goiter. Yup.

I was on 1500 mg, on 1200 mg, on 900 mg, on 750 mg, and now on 600 mg, and my level is 0.5 (the therapeutic range begins at 0.6), but I still have abnormally high creatinine.

Also, I need so much liquid to prevent migraines that my neurologist thinks that Lithium causes wasting of fluids. I drink twice the recommended amount of fluids. Less and I get migraine pain that can last for three days.
