8.5 hours in the airport, 5 hours flying time, and a partridge in a pear tree. Looks like we're going to make it. Thank God for internet access on the airplane.

If those are my only options I would choose drunk. Nothing sounds more painful to me right now and than snow. The rain is killing me and snow could only be worse. Thank goodness some people like the snow or population of sunny geographical locations would be like sardines in a can.

We got a foot and a half on Sunday. Effed up my travel, made it to the connecting airport and all flights to my final destination got cancelled. Got a hotel, rented a car, and drove home early Monday. Worst trip I've ever done with regards to weather. Snow during the outbound leg last Thursday delayed us 8.5 hours, then the return was like it was. Glad to have made it intact.
