are you stuck awake in the middle of the night?

well, let's make a list of night distractions

distractions that arn't too taxing on the brain, and could actually get you back to sleep

-read

-watch something at low volume

-look at picture books/ do some drawing

-open the window for some fresh air and stand by it enjoying the cool air

-get a drink

anyone else

- watch an episode of a show I've seen many times before and have memorized.
- eat a snack w/protein.
- listen to calming music.

It will sound weird but sometimes if I get out of bed and get into my comfy chair I am asleep in minutes.
