That sounds very much like what I feel when I am mixed. It is horrible, intense and almost unbearable. How are you sleeping? My sleeping goes off too when mixed. I know you have been having so much grief trying to get the right help lately so I won't do the usual suggestions to see pdoc etc but this is something you need to keep a close eye on and try to manage as best as possible. Are you on any meds? When do you see your new T?

Hang in there. i know how awful you must be feeling but it will pass one way or another. Just focus on self-care and keep fighting as you have been. Keep posting too. We all care.

Sounds kind of like a mixed episode to me. I'm in one, too. They suck.

When you get energy, stay busy and distracted as much as possible. Try to get as much sleep as you can. Like Wander said, keep a close eye on it.
