I would stop taking it! Double vision doesn't sound like a good or tolerable side effect. I got blurred vision from lamictal and had to go off of it. I wouldn't take it again until I saw a doctor.

are you sure you need an antipsychotic/tranquilizer? You might be safer without one...

Yes, Seroquel (regular IR) gives me double vision. It's like my eyes are out of sync or something. Definitely something to watch out for. Anytime I take it is to get to sleep so it doesn't matter too much, but the next morning it's work to get my eyes to work together.

Regular IR Seroquel would occasionally give me double vision, especially when I took it way too late. This was especially worrisome on days when I would drive. Luckily, this hasn't been a problem since adjusting to my current dose of 600 mg. When I first go through dose adjustments, I'm more likely to have this problem. It still makes my eyes burn on some days or appear a bit red.

Thanks everyone! I still feel a little woozy and have balance issues, but I'm doing much better

Yes, that's a great way to describe it -- eyes out of sync.

My eyes are now okay for the most part. I think sleeping it off helped a lot.

Only problem is that I ended up going to bed at 8pm because the vision problems were so bad

Time to talk to the doc about another fun change. If you can't stand it, that is.

Yes, many meds give me blurred vision and it seems like eyestrain happens much more easily.
