Maybe not bipolar related but just wanted to air it out. I saw myself working to lose some weight for this wedding. Now that it is here it is time to reassess. When I get back starting a whole new exercise routine. M w f are cardio days trying to get my run game up I want to do a spartan race in summer. Also they will be my Kung fu days which I miss so much. T r sat are my lifting days. T back and bicep, Thursday chest shoulder triceps and Saturday legs. I plan to keep this program till end of April.
I just wished there was something happening then to make my training more worthwhile. Well their is summer.

Sounds like a great game plan. Exercise will make you feel better mentally and physically. That alone is an excellent reason to exercise. Looking better is just a bonus, as well as improved self-esteem. Go for it!
