So my best friends wedding is two days away. I fly out tomorrow. I'm feeling super anxious and excited. Usually I get anxious before a trip. I have the speech down, now hoping I look good and have a great time. Just super anxious and don't want to take a klonopin (took one earlier in day) just don't want to fall asleep and miss my flight lol.

It is totally understandable that you are anxious, especially with flights and giving a speech. You are prepared so you can rest in the assurance all will go well. Hey, you may even have heaps of fun. If the anxiety is bad try breathing, meditation, distraction, exercise or something else that works for you to bring the level down. Let us know how the trip and wedding go, and how your speech goes too.

Some anxiety is completely normal. Unpleasant, but normal. Sometimes I remind myself that to our bodies, anxiety and excitement feel the same.

I hope you have great fun!
