Man, idk about anyone else but me and my husband have been watching the show Legion on FX and the last episode scared the bejezus out of me. I'm not used to watching scary things anymore since I really don't because it gives me nightmares. Legion is basically about a schizophrenic guy that has powers and can absorb other people's powers and can basically become a god with all the powers. They haven't gotten that far in the story but right now what they're doing in the show is insane. My husband said he doesn't expect it to get much less insane, but now since I'm hooked I need to watch it LOL.

Other than being scared shitless tonight things have been going good. I saw my pdoc yesterday and he was glad with the progress. He lowered my lamictal to 150 mg. I would eventually like to come off it but very slowly. He also added 5000 ius of Vit D since my Vit D level was 19.1. I was talking about how I've been juicing for 4 weeks and have felt pretty amazing and doing yoga for the past 3, so he was happy about that. He said he had been buying juice at Costco so I told him he needed to go to a juice bar instead. lol. I still need to read his book. He wrote a book with another pdoc called "Bipolar, Not so Much." You can get it on amazon and I think a couple other places. I think the crazy thing about the book is that it has a list of 150 coping skills. The usual list I look at has 99.

I haven't been having migraines since getting trigger point injections last week, but damn that sent my life into a tailspin. Had a horrible reaction to the cortisone and was full of rage for 3 days then super depressed for a day. I really don't do well with steroids. I'm supposed to get another 5 rounds of them but I don't think I can handle losing a week of my life every time. The next time I go is the 9th. was supposed to go next Tuesday but would at least like 2 weeks where I can think straight.

I haven't really been keeping up with the boards, so how is everyone?

Never heard of that show, but I think i'll check it out.

Sorry about the trigger point injections. Ouch! Do you think that awful side effect will go away eventually?

I've had that once. It scared my husband because the guy's hand looked so unsteady.

I haven't had migraines in a while, thank goodness.
