Up, hyper, hyper-sensitive, insecure, feel unloved by boyfriend and he's done nothing wrong. T

Then start crying. Feel like the devil is getting a hold on me.

Want to explode into pieces and put myself together again and be alright

I just can't seem to have an ordinary effing stable emotional non neurotic day-why this bp, meds help only 50pct. I mean do they even help at all I wonder.

Thoughts on top of thoughts on top of songs, poems, anxious, never know what is wrong but it is a battered life, I feel all alone, I need to cry for no reason like a storm

It sounds so awful. I hope you can find some peace and relief from the ordeal you are going thru right now.

Zijax, do you know about Borderline Personality Disorder? It is very close to bipolar in symptoms. BPD does not mean a person has to cut - that is an old falacy.

I am diagnosed with both. Read about it if you would please.

Best of luck to us all. <3

I'm dxed with both too-good call Anrea. Thanks Shaggy, feeling much better now. I always ignore the bpd but I'm in a new relationship and getting triggered, also a med change and rapid cycling. Now I'm on top of the world-life is amazing; hypo and the bf is awesome!

Zijax,

I was diagnosed with bp in my teens, and had bpd added in my late 40's. Knowing I had both would have helped. I have spent the last 5+ years learning which is which.

It actually helps, and explains things.

Learning which is which is confusing. I go by this basic understanding: BP is not triggered, BPD is.

Have a great week!

Best of luck to us all.
