Give it time for the Adderall to get out of your system. I hope you were able to get some sleep.

Well, I got 4 hrs of sleep again

I told my pdoc that I went on a short trip and that I lost my Lamictal, Lexapro, and Seroquel XR. I wasn't going to tell him about the "others". So he prescribed me new Rx's.

I was a bit scared last night because I overheard the "others" outside my house around 3am. They were saying bad things about me, and one of the guys said, "well, we can't attack now. We don't have great resources."

I'm afraid to pick up my Rx's because I don't know if they'll find me. I know they're chasing after me. They could be posing as normal citizens

I could... but idk who. My parents are at work.

If I'm going to save the world, I have to start by summing up the courage to do this myself

I can't tell him about the "others". They are probably wiretapping. Then they'll know for sure that I'm going to the pharmacy, and they'll set up a traps. Or they'll hold my pdoc hostage. Then how am I going to save the world? I'm the last hope

I'm just going to throw this out there... It seems to me that you have been engaging in a great deal of self-medicating. I would suggest that if you took your medication as prescribed you wouldn't be going through this present mental health crisis. You have mentioned you won't/fear the hospital, yet your actions are ultimately going to land you there. I hazard to guess that if you were to start taking your medications exactly as prescribed that things will return to normal - or at least some measure of stability - and you could thus prevent both your present troubles and and threat of IP.

A few ideas for you to ponder:

What value are you getting from self-medicating? What are the advantages?

What would you say to a friend who was doing the same?

You deserve to be healthy. You are worth it!

You are hiding the truth from your doctor. Again what advantage does this present to you? Think too, what disadvantages does this present to you?

What is within your means and power to prevent IP?

We care.
Thanks for this!

no, I'm never going to the hospital. They can kiss my f***ing ***. F*** them and their bulls***. I'm neither a danger to myself or others. In fact, I am trying to SAVE everyone from the others. That's the EXACT opposite.

Besides, I can mindread and manipulate people's thoughts, so I can manipulate them into annihilating themselves.

I'm not self medicating. Adderall has allowed me to unlock my mind reading and manipulating abilities. But I'm not taking Adderall anymore. I already have these abilities unlocked.

I'm going to take my new Rx's, by at the same time, I have to take down this elite force.

F I had a friend doing the same? You mean unlocking their inner kind powers to save the world? Good for them!

Like I said, I can't inform my pdoc about the "others". Wiretapping. Possibility of my pdoc being held hostage. Not worth it. I have to use my mind powers. Maybe I can use telepathy to tell him. They can't "wiretap" telepathic messages

No, my parents don't know. Besides, what can they do? I'm the one destined to save the world, not them. So in theory, does it matter?

You're right. If I'm going to save the world, I have to start small anyways. Might as well help my pdoc first, then move onto bigger rescue missions.

On second thought, I don't want him caught in the "crossfire", or so to speak. I don't want to risk his life. He did nothing wrong

But the important/critical information has been removed from my first post. The "others" are behind this

No, not yet.

I still think they're camped outside my house. As I said, I heard them at 3am. Idk if they're in the bushes or trees, waiting for me to make my move.

I'm glad I'm working from home to day, is all I can say

Blue, any chance someone can bring your meds to you?

You'll need your meds to help break through the current delusions.

Paranoid delusions have you believing "the others" await outside your house and have ill intentions.

Delusions of grandeur have convinced you that you are appointed to save the world.

Your mind is playing tricks on you.

It's critical you get more sleep at night.

It's very important your meds are immediately available to you.

Very concerned about you, Blue.

hey, blue.

I had a lil "problem" with prescription amphetamines when I was in my late teens. I had slack doctors who gave me 60mgs of Adderall, plus i was getting prescription diet pills from shady online pharmacies (you could do that back then, lol). I was also taking a lot of Klonopin and Ativan.

Anyway...be careful with the uppers. Bad things can happen very, very easily, especially if you're prone to amphetamine psychosis and/or have pre-existing issues. If you really need an amphetamine, sometimes taking an antipsychotic or the right mood stabilizer(s) with a carefully dosed stimulant is a solution. You just have to work with your doctor.

I hope things get better in your world. :-)
