I'm not allowed to take an AP
This was prescribed.. almost insisted upon  by a doctor..but not quite Therapy would be more helpful.. I'm having to explore things completely outside of the "public health system" over here.. Anyway I can't take the AP.. (Body made sure of this) Noticed another thread.. I'm still here, sometimes not sure why  Tonight is going to be hard.. I've almost run out of benzos to sleep  Another month or more before the possibility of a refill Will I even be here in a month? Why do "they" .. doctors irl.. assume I'll be here in .. years time?  Too many assumptions.. I could delete this but I don't think I need to delete everything I write... why do doctors (irl) make so many assumptions.. they have the "power" - we need to take it back... (Thanks for the PM's - sometimes my bear doesn't reply)

So sorry you are having a difficult time.
 Why do you have to wait a month for a benzo refill? Is there any way to get your needs met sooner?  (((((( FuzzyBear )))))) WC |

I was informed this was all I "deserved" And now I'm allergic to all the meds...

Can you talk to the doctors about your allergies? get tested to prove your allergic.

I had allergy tests before..
Thanks for the suggestion  I have a hard time trusting doctors

I just want you to be happy ... or to at least enjoy life as much as you can ... it does seem you were given the short end of the stick ... and then hit over the head with it ... I don't want to sound like a pollyanna ... but when your options are being with us (or not) ... I want you to chose us ... chose life ... chose to be happy ... it sucks ... it is hard ... it is not fair ... but you deserve to be happy ... it breaks my heart to hear you in pain ... I would do anything to make it go away ... but alas my super suit is in the cleaners ... if there is ever anything I can do ... please let me know ... I pray every day for you to find peace ....
