Just wondering if anyone else has dreams that relate to mood? I feel like my mood is changing based on the dreams I'm getting.
Seriously, I'm getting my scary homicidal dreams again.

I have no idea really, but I have noted the last couple weeks, the recurrent theme of a post apocalyptic backdrop to all my dreams has gone away, and now they're almost like normal social interactions. Which is odd for me, given that I'm pretty much a recluse. Nice change though.
Only thing that has changed is the addition of the depakote and reaching some sort of undistorted mood state. So maybe....

I have violent dreams when I'm stressed out. Not as violent as yours but they usually involve screaming at someone and then attaching them, either hitting them or pulling hair or something like that. They happen often when my anxiety is very high during the day and especially when I am trying desperately to hold myself together all day. I'm actually not disturbed by them as I feel better getting all my anger out in my dream (however I'm not murdering people, just beating people up or being verbally abusive).
