I was up at the normal time this morning and I ran around with my youngest child doing his piano and musical responsibilities. When I got home I decided I'd go to the movies but when the alarm went off I reset it and sleep through when I would have to leave. I did this for the next showing too. Then I ate something and went back to sleep AGAIN! I think I was bored or I don't know but now I'm at Starbucks having decaf coffee and hoping I can sleep tonight. What is this? Why did I sleep away my afternoon? Nothing to do?

PS I slept 8 hours last night

I do the same thing. I get tired in the afternoon and I just want to nap it away. Part of it may be boredom, but I also sleep through anxiety (or try to).

I think I was bored. But I could've gone to the movies and not been bored but it seemed like too much effort. Starbucks seemed easier. I was supposed to meet a friend after he met with his daughter. Turns out they came to the same Starbucks so now it looks like I am stalking them! I honestly thought he'd go to her apartment.
