So i think i am on day 3 possibly 4, like i said i have bipolar depression. Pretty sure i'm going thru a mania type phase the last few days & meds aren't helping cuz i can't all night though i'm exhausted , & eyes weight a ton, i take my xanax at night cuz i figure that'll help to no avail. By the time 4 am hits, i can't let myself sleep cuz what if i don't wake up for the kids to get them off to school. Now here it is & i have an appt today at 12,so what to do. Can't sleep until they get home from school. Smh. So tired, * now my body hurts so bad.

IT WENT OK, I'M NEW TO THIS SURVIVORS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE GROUP. TODAY WAS THE TECHNICAL 1ST SESSION, & TALKING ABOUT IT, I BROKE DOWN. I've heard that it isn't easy at first but I feel wiped out even though I vented, & released, & got a good cry. I do feel a little weight lifted, But I feel I don't anyother way to describe it but HEAVY INSIDE.....
