I have been using the optimisma on line one for the past 3 days.
I really like it. I like it because I can make notes and see correlationships between items.

I've used the Beam mood chart for over 20 years. It is totally helpful. Here's the printable version. It has places for anxiety, irritability, weight, and hours slept. The colors indicate the ranges of moods, with yellows and oranges for High moods, greens for various degrees of Normal, and blues for depression. There is a big range to choose from. As for journalling, I know it's often recommended, but it takes too much time and I would write way too much to be useful..https://www.google.com/search?q=beam...Jd6J1JTL3IWkM:
