Hi Guys...going to pdoc today. Any RCers out there had any success on good meds for day long stability??? I'd like to get off this Vraylar, hey, it does work but I don't sleep, nd it makes me nauseus.

Isn't there anything??? I cycle up and down a few times a day. I'm getting discouraged. I've tried everything. I'm hypo much of the time. Not much depression. Thanks everyone

Staying away from the Sudafed (you have mentioned in a different thread) will likely help to ground things, stop some of the rapid cycling.

I've been rapid cycling long before the sudafed. Thant's just been in the last week. I'm talking rapid cycling for years. I'm looking for a med combo that will help. The sudafed was for a bad cold.

I use lamictal with a lot of success. I still go up and down, but it is so much more mild.

Alokin, thank you. I have used Lamictal in the past. Does it give you blurred vision? That is the only thing I am concerned about. My friend is on it and can't see straight sometimes. I don't get the rash. It worked for me the first time I was on it years ago but then two years ago I tried it and nothing. So maybe it will work again. I'll ask pdoc. I know it has few side effects.

Not at all! Even for ourselves, things change over the years and different things affect us different ways.

It's possible. I had that problem once, but only with a high dose all at once (400 mg). Split into two doses, AM and PM, it was all good again.
