It's great to see so many people posting.

Since there are almost always over 100 people viewing this forum, I know there are a lot of people lurking and not posting. We want to hear your stories! If you're not registered, it's a really simple process and we are completely anonymous.

Please jump in and let us know who you are. We're interested in hearing about you, your struggles, and your victories. If you don't jump in and post, we have no way of knowing those things. This is a safe place to share, make friends, and walk through life together.

Come on and join in!

I used to post a lot, but I had to take a break, I hope I am not upsetting people!

True LOL
I definitely have to do something since my hair is moving on its own. When I am typing it feels like I am spelling words wrong because my mind is going faster than my fingers, yet I seem to be making no more errors than normal. So weird.

Also, sometimes when I am elevated, as I am obviously, I just can't let details go, I know it is grating and I apologize.

It's not grating to me, and I doubt it is to anyone else either. Healthy dialogue of what's going on in our minds is a good thing.

I've been here since 2012, and i'm pretty sure i've not posted for many months at a time at some point

they don't delete your account here unless you ask them too, so you don't feel pressured to post daily if you don't want/ need to

I post at PC but only "lurk" at the bipolar forum because I have a few bipolar traits (for instance, usually I get by on very little sleep--5 hours last night--have already done a lot today, cooking, walking dog, etc and still feeling quite energetic) but not sure I am really "bipolar". That being said, the bipolar forum is mostly upbeat and caring--really a great bunch of people!!
Thanks for this!
