So... I mentioned the other day that I had been going through a very gross depression with some manic bursts. and I was really all over the place as afar as my mood.

Today I saw my PDOC and I am glad I did because My last med change consisted of adding buprprion (Welbutrin) to my lithium dosage. This caused me to rapid cycle in the worst way possible.

Today I met with my PDOC and he changed my medication around to be a cocktail of Lithium, Limotrigene (Lamictal), and Lorazepam (Ativan) to help me sleep.

Have you guys ever had any experience with these meds? I'm just always nervous as to what will happen once I start taking these medications and together at that.

Thanks'

Roman

Lamictal is an awesome med. It takes time as you have to titrate slowly. I've only had Ativan IP, it's a mild benzo. (I take Klonopin, it's stronger).

Lithium wasn't my favorite med by far but it helped me pull out of a bad episode. I'd take it again if I needed to.
Thanks for this!

Ive taken All those. Lamictal is good but you have to be patient titrating up. Ativan I take prn but used to take it three times a day and
It really helps me. Lithium my body just can't handle.
