Sooooo tired?

Why am I so sleepy? I went to the gym today and that should've revved me up forthe rest of the day, but I got tired. I took two naps! I just changed the laundry over and want to go to sleep again, but I haveto get my youngest at 9. zzzzzzz....... I haven't been on any new meds. In fact, my zyprexa has been reduced recently. I was just doing the laundry and felt soooo exhausted!

I totally understand. I get that way, too. Last week I got home from work at 2:30, laid down, and slept until the next day with only a short period of wakefulness when my wife got home.

Moose, does this happen to you often?

My pdoc suggested a sleep study. I wonder if it's worth looking into for you?

Not too often, but it has. I've had sleep studies. I use a cpap for apnea .

Recent thyroid check up ?

A change in barometric pressure does that to me.
Did the weather change?

This happens to me for weeks at a time

My primary recently ran a bunch of tests and all were normal.

It goes sunny to cold and rainy to sunny.

It's April. The flowering trees are blooming in my neck of the woods. The concentration of pollen is greatly increased. It wipes me out, making me want to sleep. I'm also sneezing.
