I can't sit still and feel like I am crawling out of my skin. Yesterday I took a four hour nap even though I had just taken Focalin. I just want to go home but I am trying really hard to stay. I can't concentrate but I have so much work to do. I hate feeling this way. I don't see my T until Wednesday and my pdoc for two weeks. I need to tough this out.

I hate feeling that way! Maybe try to do one thing you can accomplish before the end of the day, so you can leave feeling a bit better?

When you say crawling out of your skin, do you mean that you feel this physically?
When I was on Lithium, I felt like I had ants crawling under my skin.
It was worse on my scalp.

Just that I am very anxious I guess. Today has been a really crappy day. Had a review and it was complete s***. Half of the things he said weren't true and when I countered him about it he said I just have to go talk to so and so. My boss is an idiot.

Hate to hear that. Reviews can be tough. I was always told I need to talk more to my co-workers....that I don't socialize....th? I continued to do my "job" only lol

Yeah I was ask if I was going to the boss's party. I said no and then there was that awkward silence. I am just still seething right now. I was told I am on my phone too much but it is usually while walking down the hall or waiting for something to be done. I have seen others on their phones way more. If you are one of the chosen ones around here you can step on whoever you want. I just can't believe all the lies that were said it that meeting. If one of my managers feels like I am doing such a bad job then why does he continue to put me on his projects? I just really want to cuss out my boss right now. But I don't want to get fired.

Sorry you are having a rough time. Hang in there. I feel like you do lately. I just want to pack it in and go home. My spouse doesn't understand how I feel, though. Taking off and going home early is never an option. Maybe it is, and perhaps she should back off somewhat but I never know anymore. I digress, this is about you. I hope that your day gets better and that things can begin to turn towards a positive direction. Sending good vibes your way.
Thanks for this!

Sorry that you're having a hard time at work. Are you able to file a grievance for the lies on your review? It sounds like you're getting shafted and it's not your fault.

I am not sure what I can do. I need to get a copy of it first. It is just hard to understand that on one hand they say I work hard and do a good job and get things done. Then they say I miss deadlines and don't do things right. I was going to take off the rest of the week but god forbid I miss one of those imaginary deadlines.

I get it. where I work now they want you to constantly be going to trainings and meetings off hours (paid)
I feel like saying look lady I'm lucky I'm even holding down this damn 32 hour a week night job without becoming a raving lunatic. I'm a single mother of two boys who need me and they are entitled to the energy I have left. I'm trying to stay out of the friggin hospital and would appreciate if you didn't bother me once I clock out!
but I just nod and smile lol
it's tough out there my friend but we get it

And I discovered that my castles stand
Upon pillars of salt and pillars of sand
