Im at Starbucks. It's 545 am. I was up at 4. I have church then my son's piano recital at 3. I'm hoping I don't crash -literally- on the way to the recital. It's lots of freeway changes. :-( I did wake up for a legitimate reason:. The smoke alarm was chirping and I didn't have another battery. So no point in going out for a battery and then home to sleep. Wonder if this will affect my hallucinations? Good thing this early starbucks is open. I really don't want to make that drive but I do want to see my son's recital.

Sleep deprivation can cause disorientation, hallucinations, mood swings, and paranoia so I'd be careful. If you are able to, get rest.. & have a good day

My son played in church today and everybody loved him! I decided that my car isn't up to freeway travel right now and I just heard the same piece in church plus it's raining and construction and freeway changes so I'm staying home.
