I can't settle down tonight. A little on the "up" side. I'm not sure what all of this up/down stuff is doing to my brain but I'm sure it's not good. I just can't settle down to do one thing. My brain is all over the place. Or I'm getting super stuck on one thing that is completely insignificant and making it into a big deal. Sigh. . . trying to lie down and I keep finding reasons to get up. Snacking like crazy. Pacing. Sigh. . .

Sounds mixed. Which is an awful place to be in. Do you have any PRN to take to calm you down? If not maybe contact your pdoc. Hope you feel better soon.

No PRNs prescribed. This morning I can't get out of bed.

It might be a good idea to explain this to your pdoc and get a medication prn in case this happens again. I'm sorry you had such a tough time.

Things have settled in the last few days. Feeling balanced but not sleeping well. I'm trying to get to bed, but I'm so awake that I don't realize the time until I am an hour or two off schedule. I think I will speak to my pdoc about this when I see him in a few weeks. This will be the first appt that I have with him and I have not charted my mood. Unfortunately, I can't remember everything.
