Just curious--and I know it's off topic, but how did you get prescribed Vyvanse? I have trouble feeling tired a lot and fatigued, tried to see if I could get prescribed a stimulant, but other than my Prozac, & Vraylar which is suppose to "give me energy" it doesn't and my pdoc won't prescribe me anything else...

I claim ADHD. Whether or not I have it is debatable. The Vyvanse fights fatigue from the other meds. The ADHD label just makes it easier to get stimulants in general.

I associate mania with the lovely aroma of coffee since I used to stay awake most of the night drinking coffee and writing. I also think of the smell of nature, such as pine trees, flowers, and fresh cut grass. I tend to have manic episodes in the spring/summer and feel a deep connection to nature.

My first sign that I may be going into hypomania is lack of sleep followed by impulsive spending and to a lesser extent feeling very confident and making lots of goals and projects for myself because I can do it all.

Insomnia, hyper focus on ideas/beliefs, lots of small twirks (such as calling/emailing people in the middle of the night).

Insomnia, feeling bursts of euphoria, things feeling 'alive' - for example, the breeze in the trees is a live being, a radio (music, every single note of it) constantly playing in my head.

Getting wound up in a project to the point where it's all I do for 16 hours straight every day. Only a little sleep. Not much eating. Really giddy and impatient.

Shopping, especially for shoes and lingerie and hyper sexuality. Redecorating rooms with the music blasting.
