Feeling a little high. It was such a beautiful day, and I feel so privileged and lucky to be alive today. Just grateful that I have the means to buy groceries, can come home and turn the air conditioning on and be comfortable. I feel some guilt over my ex, but I think those feelings are normal.

I’m much better today than I have been all week. I’d say I’m comfortably in the middle. Part of that has been my hands shaking and not being able to sleep. I’m hoping that I don’t have the hand shaking that I had earlier in the week. I am therefore feeling hopeful.
