When I'm manic I have no idea I'm psychotic because my "delusions" are my reality!

I went a month not recognizing it! Helps to have friends who know you well and can point these things out. That or you start losing friends left and right!

Hanging out in the middle - with a little bit of a low. Waiting on an email. It feels like my whole life is waiting on an email. This is so pathetic.

I think I'm a little on the high side

I think I am a little on the high side as well. Feeling elated at all the attention I have been getting lately. It will be hard to sleep tonight.

Much better. Been on Vraylar 3mg for almost 3 weeks and had such an improvement! Ingrezza helps keep the TD away. Without it I literally cannot drink, shower, dry off or get dressed on my own or stop my whole body from moving. My insurance denied it this month so my psych team and I are appealing it! I NEED this medication!

right smack dab in hte middle but i just realized i havent been taking my mid day dose of risperdal. i should probably get back on that. cant afford to get all psychotic right now

You ever play cards against humanity? Familiar with “crumbs all over the gd carpet”? Thats where I’m at. I don’t know what it means, but it’s so true.

Somewhat in the middle, but on the high side. Tons of emails today and yesterday and a phone call the night before that. Just things are improving. Just excited for once.

I was hypomanic and the night before slept for only 3 hours. I realized that I was hypomanic, took what for me is a high dose of Thorazine, even though it was only 5% of the FDA-approved max dose of that drug, took a little more (the smallest dose of it) in the middle of the night, and all in all slept for 12 hours net.

No hypomania anymore.

Thorazine is amazing. Kudos to the people who invented it in the middle of last century and to my psychiatrist who prescribed it in 2022, having spent a long time gently suggesting to me that I try it. Ad that time, I thought that nothing by Zyprexa would ever work.

I am hanging out in the middle, even though I am a little low. I am really tired after this weekend's activities. But I am elated for starting this amazing journey!

Thorazine didn't work for maintenance. Plus I cannot take it long-term as it causes EPS.

I am back on Zyprexa now to quash what looked like a beginning manic episode.

I'm pretty stable, hanging out in the middle. My mood is good, my energy level is good, I'm feeling pretty happy actually.

I am now on Lybalvi and Naltrexone for maintenance. Hoping this would work without causing abnormal hunger. If it doesn't, I do not know what else might work.
