Low but I think there is underlying hypomania. I mean, I feel like I'm gonna shoot up again as soon as my menses is over, but today I have felt low, lonely-ish (tho thank goodness for my husband for being around Even if he doesn't get it), and sluggish.

In the middle, feeling a little on the "high" side, but I think that's quite alright though since i am finally happy for once.
