I'm a bit in the middle after being low this morning. But pushing myself really helped me feel better.
Riding the bipolar wave right in the middle. : )

I'm on the low end. I'm sure that some of it is from family issues, but also I wonder if my recent reduction in pregabalin is playing a part. I was supposed to have stopped it last week, but held off. My psychiatrist said I could make my own decision on the reductions. If my current depressive mood continues, I might try going back to my original dose.

Dx: Bipolar type 1 Psych Medications: * Tegretol XR (carbamazepine ER) 800 mg * Lamictal (lamotrigine) 150 mg * Seroquel XR (quetiapine ER) 500 mg I also take meds for blood pressure, cholesterol, and tachycardia. |

A bit high after speaking to my therapist today. Talking with her gets me so rejuvenated. Did a lot of work on my apartment today, even took a long shower and did a big load of laundry. I am really blessed with all the comforts I have.
Need to sleep soon, so I need to come down.
