Hi there!
I use a mood tracker, but these days I have been neglecting it, so I thought I would post a thread that everyone can join in to track your moods. I used the most basic terms as I know it, so how are you today? High, Low or in the Middle? I was in the middle this morning, then I hit a low, now I am elevating to a high. This bipolar crap is so weird! __________________ Tales of Love, Motivation, and An Interesting Journey - Please Subscribe to my Website on WordPress: Inspired Odyssey's Path to Wellness and Love |

I think I'm mixed so in the middle but not in a stable good way. I'm tracking my moods on an App and it's mostly from the middle downward but I'm he middle isn't a stable middle unfortunately. I'm sorry for all those who are suffering....I wish I could help you.

Which app do you use, I have one on my laptop, but I never remember to use it since I seldom use it now that I graduated.

It's called IMoodJournal and is very simple which I need and allows me to make notations on my moods which is helpful. I'm pretty sure it was either free or very low cost. It's been helpful in that my husband promised I'd improve and the app indicates I am in many ways. The trick will be continuing when very depressed or stable but I'm hoping I can keep up with it. It chimes at night to remind me so as long as I'm near my phone I remember. My mood is low and high and the same time so I guess I'm mixed. I just hope I continue to improve cause I've got a long way to go.

I feel like I'm in the middle, but not a "smooth" middle; like the meds have me tethered hard against too high and too low, but the plague is determined to bounce me around as hard as it can before yielding. I call good enough for now, and I'll put up with just about anything to stay here! (as long as no one watches me try to eat soup, I'll get away with it too!)

I feel closer to the middle but still on the low side. If I stay occupied I don't sit and think and that what brings me down. The problem is, I don't want to do the things that keep me active.

Medium rare. Or more depressed than "normal". Not baad depression, but it could be better.
