I'm feeling a tad better today except my stomach is still killing me. Wondering now if it's the depression or gastritis. Gonna eat bland for a bit and see if that helps.
I'm so very anxious all the time. I'm wondering if I should even bother seeing my pdoc tomorrow. What can he even do to help? I e slept most of the last few days and it makes me feel better. I feel dumb going to see him. What if he thinks I just want meds or something .

Go see him. Care less about being liked and more about getting better. Let him know what you are dealing with and have faith he can help.

I know what you mean, as I often wonder how the pdoc will help. Somehow, he does help, even when I go in doubting it.

You should keep the appointment. But I understand. I feel the same way about my pdoc appointment on Friday.

So I go tomorrow at 2.
I've worn the same clothes for days but finally Put my laundry away so I'll wear clean clothes tomorrow.

A nice warm shower, clean clothes, a good breakfast and/or lunch in you, and breathe. You will be fine.

I took a shower and put on clean clothes. My anxiety is so high so in wearing a lavender difusing necklace.

Go see your pdoc. He may be able to give you some relief. What do you have to lose?

I too have only showered once in three weeks. I feel.
Going outside does help for a bit. |

He cut my lamictal dose in HALF. So I'm going from 400mg a day to 200. He said by cutting the mood stabilizer it will give room for my antidepressant (pristiq) room
To work more. I go back in three weeks.

I'm glad you have a plan and something to look forward to working. Keep us posted. I haven't bathed in a week and tonight is the night. I have no clothes and need to work on laundry, perhaps I will start a load tonight. Your not alone. ((Hugs))

THanks guys. I'm having gastritis again and it was probably bringing on some sadness. I got meds for it today and I'm sure things will work out
