Today is blah. I'm SO freaking irritable and crying and upset about everything and my stomach hurts badly. I can't sleep at night. I'm not feeling well. I feel like ****. Why can't I just be ok? Pdoc decreased my lamictal so my anti d could work more but maybe it's too much idk
I always struggle in May. My two attempts were a week apart in May 2013 I'm not feeling Ok Today

I took Ativan and put myself in time out which included a nap. I feel calmer.
