I have bipolar 1. It can be so weird sometimes. I felt okay this morning, although I barely slept last night. I took a nap for about 45 minutes, and when I woke up I was so depressed. Still am. I was diagnosed 16 yrs. ago, and I still don't understand this disorder.

It can certainly be frustrating and difficult to understand this illness. It obviously varies from person to person, but also varies within the individual's experience. Sorry it's rough right now.

Bipolar illness is complicated, often leading to frustration.
I hope it clears up and you feel better soon.

It sure is a strange illness. I'm so sorry you are having a rough time right now. I've woken up depressed from naps before and it's awful. Perhaps you had a bad dream you can't remember. Please be kind to yourself....now and always. It's nice to meet you and I hope to get to know you better through your postings. (((Hugs)))
