I couldn't find my sleep medicine last night...no sleep. Easily found it this morning. Going to my niece's (daughter of my hostile sister) graduation and all day celebration tomorrow, have to get ready to go to Florida for two weeks (added pressure) by June 3 and my daughter who cheers me up will be mostly gone for the next week starting today. Folks, we're talking about days where taking a shower is a big accomplishment. I don't know how I can do this.

Jennifer, you provide support to a lot of people. Whatever help we can be, just let us know. I think you'll do fine with your responsibilities. Even though it seems like a lot, just take one thing at a time. Hope you feel better.

Hi Jennifer, just take things 1 at a time, heck sometimes I just worry about getting through the next 15 minutes then start again after that. You have a lot going on do try to be kind to yourself right now.

Sorry you could not find your medication last night.

Family expectations can add a lot of stress at times. It's even more stressful if it involves dealing with even a little hostility. Any chance you can cut the day short tomorrow?

Thinking of you, Jennifer.

Thank you. My daughter won't be with me so I was even thinking of going to the graduation, taking pictures and skipping the party. She at least realizes I don't do well around large crowds.

This sounds like a great option!

I have a function I should attend on Sunday. Time will tell.

Take excellent care of you!

So sorry you have so many struggles right now. I think skipping the party sounds like a good plan as well. If your sister adds drama, that will make matters worse. All my love to you while you have all of these struggles. I look forward to June 3rd when things will hopefully settle quickly.

I lie like a rug. If I am not able to stay at an event, I invent a migraine and go lay down or go home. This seems to really work.

I agree with making a list and taking it one small item at a time. Fifteen minutes is enough to look ahead. Build in 15 minutes of laying on the couch.

You have provided such good support to me. You are in my prayers. I know exactly how hard it is.
