So I was on 900mg of lithium and my level was 1.1 (therapeutic). They decreased my lithium to 750mg 2 days ago. My latest level is 0.85 (also therapeutic).

I feel like I'm heading into a hypomanic or mixed episode?? Is this possible? For such a small decrease?

Oh btw, they decreased because I was having side effects.

Thnks in advance!

I was on 1200mg with a level of 0.8. I was having side effects so we lowered to 900mg, didn't get a level with that because my symptoms got way worse so we went back up to 1200mg and are just trying to deal with the side effects.

Anything is possible with Lithium dosing. If you can live with the side effects, I'd go back up on the dose.
