I'm glad today went well and you've gotten your bloodwork done!

Of course you're bummed! You were really working on preparing yourself for your appt with your therapist! It is a bummer!

Thanks so much for letting us know today went well!

Your SSDI interview is Wednesday?

Maybe you can distract yourself today with something fun?

I really think you'll do just fine in the SSDI exam.
I remember being so very nervous. In the end, it was so much easier than I'd thought it might be. The examiner was friendly. I was just very honest when asked questions. I hope it's as easy on you.

Enjoy today if you can do so.

Thinking of you this morning.

Deep, slow breaths to calm yourself.
You'll do just fine!
You'll see.

It had been very hard to leave my home for the last 2 months. A couple days ago I went into hypomania and have no problem now. It take both valium and Ativan, and although they are both benzos, Ativan and Xanax do work better for the extreme social anxiety and agoraphobia you have. Maybe your pdoc can prescribe like 5 prn ativans a month so you can go somewhere when you need to?
