Damn, I feel horribly. I haven't felt this badly in a while. Deeeep blue. I got cold and grabbed a blanket. I wrapped up tightly and felt so secure in it, like that blanket could protect me from everything bad, like maybe it could save me from myself. I'm not at "that point," but close. I just want the pain to go away! Thanks for listening!

Understand and also understand that "blanket" feel. That's a good coping tool...keep that in your toolbox!

I can't think of a trigger. There often isn't one. It just happens; I sink into to abyss and just have to wait for it to end.

That's tough, I know. I've spent a lot of time in the dark abyss.
